SUMMARY:Will be responsible for all equipment work to maintain orchard. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManagement may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. - Responsibilities include daily safety/function checks on all equipment and accessories along with an extensive check on all functions and fluids- Operating all equipment in a safe manner- Using appropriate equipment to finish the job- Reporting any damage or malfunction to supervisor- Staying in constant communication while in field- Working hours required to complete the job on hand- Ability to work with heavy pieces of equipment- Ability to make minor repairs QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or GED, or three months related experience and or training- Ability to read and comprehend chemical labels- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form- Ability to make adjustments while in the field- Work with heavy and dangerous equipment- Work hours required to finish job- Must have valid driver’s license
